Summer has arrived, Festival Season isn’t far away and we’ve got a shiny new menu to celebrate!

Spicy Peelham Farm lamb with Carluke Tomatoes and homemade yoghurt relish; Poached Tarbet langoustines with lemon mayonnaise; Fresh Aberdeen squid with organic vegetables; Peterhead mackerel on toast with salted organic cucumber; Perthshire beef skirt steak with homemade Isle of Mull Cheese and local watercress butter, and Carroll’s Heritage potatoes – take a look at the photos on our Facebook page!

Hot out of our kitchen today! Our new June Menu is here!

Pattullo’s asparagus with Edinburgh smoked bacon and Carluke tomatoes, Loch Duart salmon and Graham’s Dairy creme fraiche, Findlay’s of Portobello Haggis balls with pickled East Lothian turnip, Scottish sea trout with Carroll’s Heritage potato salad and samphire mayonnaise, Peelham Farm lamb salad with a fresh mint dressing, Clava Brie, fresh broad bean and courgette crouton salad in a Heather Hills Honey dressing and Inverurie beef rump with homemade horseradish cream!!
